6KA circuit breaker

Low-voltage circuit breakers are mainly used for overload, undervoltage, voltage loss and short-circuit protection of distribution lines and electrical equipment . The selection and description of its parameters is very important, and the correct selection and description will bring great convenience to procurement and installation.
Designers should provide relevant parameters according to the following items. The parameters can be reflected in the model specifications. If they cannot be reflected in the model specifications, they must be separately stated. The default item for the parameter may not be described:
1, rated current (A)
Note: To describe the rated current of the Circuit Breaker product, In, kg114.com must be additionally noted for the setting current, such as: In=100A (Ir=80A)
2, rated short-circuit breaking capacity (kA): Ics rated operating breaking capacity, Icu rated limit breaking capacity Note: Ics should be selected as the short-circuit breaking capacity of the circuit breaker
3, the number of poles: 1P, 2P, 3P, 4P
Note 1: The molded case switch defaults to 3P;
Note 2: 4P circuit breakers are used in the following situations:
(1) Functional switch for dual power conversion;
(2) A power transfer switch between the normal power supply and the emergency diesel generator power supply;
(3) The switch of the circuit protected by the residual current protection device;
(4) Residential user Distribution Box main switch (three-phase 4P, single-phase 2P);
(5) Transformer low voltage main switch (this article is for reference)
4. Structure: frame type, molded case type, micro-break type Note: The circuit with continuous working current of 1000A and above should choose frame type
5, shell frame rated current (A)
Note: The default is that the rated current of the frame is consistent with the rated current.
6, installation method: fixed (default), plug-in, 114.com withdrawable
7. Protection mode: short circuit transient, short circuit short delay, overload long delay, ground fault (remaining current action), intelligent control unit
8, operation mode: direct manual operation (plastic shell default), electric operation (frame default), rotating handle operation
9, the manufacturer: generally can be reflected in the model, special circumstances should be specified
10, wiring: board front wiring (plastic shell default), board rear wiring (frame default)
11, accessories: internal accessories (some come with): shunt release, loss of pressure release, auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, built-in CT
External accessories: rotating handle operating mechanism, electric operating mechanism, zero sequence CT, communication module Note 1: The default is no accessories Note 2: The following situations should be equipped with a shunt release:
(1) Circuit breakers for non-firefighting loads in fire protection systems;
(2) Circuit breakers that require remote control Note 3: Instantaneous voltage loss releases should be installed in the following cases:
(1) A circuit breaker that requires a secondary load to be removed during power switching;
(2) For motors that do not allow self-starting Note 4: Delayed loss of voltage release should be installed in the following cases:
(1) Dual power switching circuit breakers;
(2) For important motors that do not require self-starting
